When Weather Breaks, Thoughts Turn From Skiing To Golfing (WTOV 9 Steubenville)

After a harsh winter, sunshine is a welcome sight across the Ohio Valley and many people were outdoors Thursday taking advantage of the mild weather. At Oglebay Resort & Conference middle, the ski slope is closed for the season and golfers were out at Crispin Golf Course for an early tee time.
